ha ha Mark was smart. I'm not much on silent

Well in the words of the great Mark Twain, "better to keep silent and thought a fool, then to speak and remove all doubt".
My favorite phrase ever!!!!

ha ha ha probably. The sign of a great husband is say your right , then mumble to himself in the car. Just nod and your safe .

Maybe that's where that other song came from. "I got a thinking problem". LOL
My brain never shuts up. It's the curse of being a songwriter, you hear one line in a movie and your world comes to a stop and your brain says.. "that's a song!!" And you have to write it down before you forget it. Annoying as hell, frankly.

Men Always get in trouble when they talk , So its better to think about it instead.
Sounds good , We have 6,000 thoughts a day

Trying to write something a little more lighthearted. These lyrics were inspired by a conversation overheard in a restaurant. He was definitely trying to break up with her, and started every sentence with “I’ve been thinking…”. She just responded with ‘No. Don’t do that,” and “Thinking is not something you should do.” Poor guy. They’re probably married now.

I think you think that it’s over
I think you’re halfway gone
I think you think that you love me
I think that you think you’re wrong
(Chorus 1)
I’ll do the thinking for both of us baby
Men always get in trouble when they talk , so its always better to think about it instead of
Sounds good
Don’t overthink what I say
Don’t think I want to control you baby
But I think I want you to stay
I want you to stay
(V2)
I think you think you’re a lone wolf baby
A rolling stone with no home
That kind of thinking is soulless baby
That thinking left you alone
(Chorus 2)
I’ve been thinking you need me baby
Been alone for too long
If you’re thinking of leaving baby
I think I’m coming along
I’m coming along
(Bridge)
I know you think
You could do some better
I know you think
That we’re not together
(Chorus 1)
I’ll do the thinking for both of us baby
Don’t overthink what I say
Don’t think I want to control you baby
But I think I want you to stay
I want you to stay
(Chorus 2)

Been alone for too long

Oh Yeah, I think this is how women think :)

I'll go listen again, but think, thinking was used 27 times, not sure I ever saw that before. (smile) just an observation.
