Ok I got it now.

The music is nice, but it's painfully slowwwwwwwwwwwww.  Maybe a sync opportunity for a movie?  Otherwise, I would speed it up a little bit like. "between the moon and new york city".

I agree the the vocal is a little weak, a stronger voice would be great.

The lines are lovely, but still reads like a poem, because is there a hook? 

Love your guitar playing.  So what are we trying to tell the listener here?  Love love the line that says "hover over reply"... oh my, how many times have we all done that!!....

I like the guitar/vocal track, nice and simple.

Cute hook about calling 911, but it seems like the verses just re-state the same thing.

There needs to be a twist in the bridge or something to make the listener say "dang, didn't see that comin".

If I already know how the song is gonna end, it's not very satisfying.

Why are all the reasons people call 911?? I can't breathe, my heart is pounding, can you send someone, how long will it take, please don't hang up....................

I like the premise here, but I think some of the lines could be more on point. The chorus is damn good!
