in the 2nd verse it says she fell in love with another guy in high school. And even though those 2 got married , the singer (kid in first verse) would still always love her anyway. The one that got away. At the end of the song they meet up in a bar. She admits she always thought of him. Just look back at the lyrics. Sorry if the lyrics weren't clear

3rd verse talks about where the singer met another girl and married her and had a little girl together.  But he still thought of Brandy even though he married another woman

The song really dosent fit the Sync market to me , but its a cool Nashville radio song , tad long , but thats ok.
