There is a young woman with a strong voice in my area. I approached her months ago about covering one of my originals.
I'm sure that she was just being polite when she said she would.
I've been waiting for a song that would give me my best shot with her. Am gonna try this one.

For me, that's not a problem.
I enjoy the song and enjoy how you write.

If I can get a young woman with a very good voice to like it and to sing it when she plays out, that will be the recognition sought. If she does not, we'll keep writing anyway.
